Includes all those living at the same home address. Exceptions may apply to students studying & living elsewhere temporarily, but consider their home the same as the home address indicated.

CLUB REQUIREMENTS FOR PROBATIONARY MEMBERS
By filling out this online form you are agreeing to the following:
- The probationary period will last until all probationary requirements are met.
- Probationary members will be issued a probationary card which must be presented to the section head (or designate) at the beginning of each orientation or training session.
- Probationary members must complete one (1) “Orientation Session” and at least four (4) “Training Sessions” to learn and demonstrate safe shooting practices. The probationary card must be signed by the instructor for each session.
- Probationary members will be issued a key only after completion of all probationary requirements.
- Attendance at club meetings is strongly recommended and your input is welcome.
CLUB COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS
Our club communicates to its members via E-mail messages. These messages includes club newsletters, range closure information, safety information, upcoming club events, and other club related communications. By filling out this online form you are giving permission and express consent for our club to contact you. You can manage all your mailing subscriptions in your profile at any time. By unsubscribing from any lists, you accept all risk of not receiving important communications from the club.
