Ranges
The Annapolis Valley Shooting Sports Club and it's shooting ranges are located approximately one hour from Halifax and minutes from New Minas at 377 White Rock Road, Canaan, Nova Scotia. The clubhouse, 7 CFO approved firearms ranges and several archery ranges sit on over 225 acres of land.
Driving Directions:
- Take exit 12 on Highway 101, turn South (away from the Irving Big Stop),
- Take the next left on Highbury School Rd, and follow it to the stop sign.
- Turn right on White Rock Rd. Drive approximately 0.7 km and the club entrance will be on your right.

NOTE: Exploding targets, steel core and steel jacketed ammunition are prohibited on all ranges at the Annapolis Valley Shooting Sports Club.
Range Hours
The clubhouse, indoor range and archery ranges are available 24/7. Outdoor firearm ranges are available:Monday to Friday – 8:00am to sunset but no later then 8:00pm
Saturday to Sunday – 9:00am to sunset but no later then 8:00pm
